Pre Star is a pawn shop with more than 35 branches in the north of the country. A forward-thinking company that has understood that the pledge industry is about to evolve after 253 years. With the strategy of being a spearhead not only in the northern part of our country; but a national reference of a company that constantly innovates in its service, strategies and business model.
After the execution of the Preliminary Project (Innovation Study), we created the brand identity, understanding the future and the vision of brand penetration that we proposed in said study.
A brand with a dynamic visual language understanding the demographics and psychographics of its customers; but also understanding the technological evolution and the rapid adaptation of its market to the new platforms.
With the COVID19 contingency, Grupo Pre Star is preparing to evolve and innovate in its channels as well as the value proposition of the new pawn shop model.
