We develop a comprehensive innovation project within the real estate industry. Working with a multidisciplinary external team. From an architecture office, to an engineering and calculation office. Our mission was to run a research process of primary and secondary sources, with the task of developing a housing concept that would depart from the generic scheme of vertical developments in Nuevo León. Not developing one more project that adds to this real estate bubble that the city is going through. We study trends in the industry, to know how social, technological and political factors could influence the concept to be proposed. In addition to this, we ran ethnographic processes to study the surroundings of the property. Our intention, to know the needs and the context of the neighbors. By walking the streets, shops, talking with neighbors, we understood certain critical "Gain and Pain points" in the process of the commercial development of the concept. In addition to this we study potential segments of tenants and investors. By interviewing them, we learned more about their needs, wants, inhibitors and purchase motivators.

By developing the brand, we build a colorful visual identity fostering connections and community. The entire visual system is consistent with the initial part of the investigation. We proposed differentiated amenities from the rest of the nearby towers, proposing a different experience tailored to the future tenant. The architectural work displayed on this page was developed by the Tres más dos architects firm.
